We received our pool cover yesterday (5 days ahead of schedule) and I am writing to congratulate your company on your service. We have had a specific need in terms of delivery and I was totally impressed with the fact that we were contacted twice by representatives of your organisation; firstly to inform us that the order had been sent and then a follow up call regarding our delivery instructions.

These days, getting companies to actually follw up is rare and you did it admirably. Added to this was the company who delivered the cover. I have chronic back problems and the very friendly driver went out of his way to place the package as close to the pool as possible so that I would not have to do too much lifting. So many thanks for their and your efficiency and attention to detail. We plan to buy a blanket roller in the spring and without a doubt, we will be ordering it from your company. The pool cover is now in place and we are very pleased with its delivery, packaging and quality.
